		<description>The 5001b is plenty sturdy enough to support a Speedlight with a softbox or he beauty dish I show in the post. Obviously if you&#039;re shooting outside and there&#039;s any wind to speak of, you&#039;ll want to weigh the stand down with sandbags as you would with any lighting setup.</description>
